Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for posting is advised under the  turnaround  page as this changes and is updated at the time of order. International orders will be sent within this time but then shipping time is separate, I will always endeavour to complete the order as soon as possible.

Estimated shipping times
United Kingdom: 2-3 business days after dispatch confirmation.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postage company, we send via Royal Mail.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Lovebeebabyltd is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once the item has been made or the fabric has been ordered for your item. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
