Turnaround on handmade items is 4-6 Weeks, excluding postage times.

Due to the nature of printing on demand the ink colours can vary from roll to roll. If you order them within the same order we will ensure they match but if you order in stock mixed with made to order they will be different rolls and the same if you order two seperate orders we cannot guarantee ink will be exact match.

This is what we do it's the beauty of a handmade brand we are making this item just for you, fully customisable and we won't be out of stock of sizes as it's made from our rolls. This is our handmade turnaround time any order with a handmade for you item will be time advised above.

Ready To Post
Ready to post is items we have made ahead of time for you this could be our sample sizes, a customers change of size order or end of rolls we have made into stock. These can be limited and end of roll prints.
Ready to post is clearly labelled READY TO POST please see example below. We are a handmade brand so 90% of our website is made to order.
If you order a Handmade to order and a ready to post item the order will be sent when the final item is ready which will be the made to order turnaround time.
Ordering prints from the made to order and in stock in one order won't guarentee the prints will match 100% as it's two seperate rolls of fabric and can differ. Only orders with matching made to order will be guarenteed to match.
Ready To Post Brand
We proudly stock some amazing brands we call Lovebeeloves brands like Còndor, Slipfree, Liewood. We have these all in stock if they are ordered with ready to post brands or ready to post Lovebee they will be sent in 1-2 working days.

I have added this new for 2024 and these are items we stock like swaddles, Lovie and breast pads these are made and in stock to be posted in 3-5 working days instead of the longer turnaround. labelled stocked handmade item.

Composition and care instructions.
Rompers, Dresses, Leggings, Accessories
Main body - 100% organic cotton fabric with interlock knit, printed with Ultra-color technology for vibrant color and improved wash durability. Cuffs - 95% organic cotton, 5% elastane. Both certified organic cotton by Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS).
Hats are finished with a handmade 100% faux fur pom pom with wooden toggle.
Dribble bibs and boo-bee pads are backed in a Bamboo. Bamboo is sustainable and has so many benefits including being Hypoallergenic, Thermo-Control and its Anti-Bacterial properties. Bamboo has the unique ability to sweep dribble away from the skin, then evaporating it through the garments surface, keeping your little one dry and those boo bees from leaking.
Fastenings
Rompers, Dresses and bibs are fastened with a metal popper. The poppers I use are made with environmentally friendly paint, quality is much better than general.
If coloured cuff is selected and I have matching coloured popper this will be added
Swaddles
Main body - 100% organic cotton double gauze fabric, Certified organic cotton by Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS)
Washing
Machine wash cool and on a gentle/delicate setting, using phosphate-free detergent. Air dry is best for environment and clothes. Some radiators can be too hot to dry them on I advise against this. Due to the water based eco friendly inks there can be some slight fading if care instructions aren't followed.
T-shirts printed cannot be machine dried as this will cause the print to peal off if to hot.
When washing a coloured cuff please be aware of instructions if not followed or washed/dried to hot the colour will run.
Please always fasten rompers poppers together when washing as they can get stuck in drum if left open.
After the first wash minimal shrinkage will occur this is normal as our organic fabric is not pre washed - And the item is true to size after first wash.

Parcels are sent Tracked 48hr or guaranteed next day depending on value. If you have not received within 7 working days please email and we can track for you and provide proof of delivery or update.
An ongoing issue is Royal Mail not leaving attempted delivery notes we will always ask if you can contact your local depo. If a parcel is sent back to the LoveBee PO Box because it’s not been collected then we will need another amount of postage (postage not packaging) before we can return, no refund will be issued. If you are not happy for item to be sent again we will refund order minus cost of postage.
We are sorry we cannot hold any responsibility for parcels not collected. A refund or a new item will of course be sent if the parcel is lost and adequate time has been given for delivery.
We are very Human at LoveBee and although we make all the steps to make no mistakes they can happen. If we did send a wrong item we will cover postage tor item to be returned to us before correct one is sent.
When we receive the incorrect item the box must be clearly labelled with order number and name. If you cannot provide proof of postage and parcel is lost we will be unable to send correct order and you will only be refunded the price difference if any. As a small business we don’t have the ability like big brands to cover such loses over mistakes a proof of postage is needed and we will resolve it swiftly.
We have had an increase in incorrect addresses entered on orders either a digit or postcode. Unfortunately we can no longer cover the cost of these an incorrect address cannot be claimed as a loss by Royal Mail and we have been covering these financially. You can change and correct your address up to the day we send.
Any remakes will be sent to the original address.
